ING DIRECT USA, the nation's largest direct bank, has announced that ShareBuilder Securities Corporation, its broker-dealer subsidiary, will be renamed ING DIRECT Investing, Inc.  With a redesigned website, ING DIRECT now offers ratings reports from Sabrient and other research providers.
