Strategy's convertible debt has been given a junk rating by S&P. One of their concerns is that a maturity date could coincide with a decline in Bitcoin's price.

Not a great day in the stock market, even though the S&P 500 finished the day up about 25 basis points.

Stocks rallied again today. Gold and silver had another bout of selling but with a rebound into the late afternoon.

Federal debt now increases at a shocking rate, with the US’s debt increasing from $37 trillion to $38 trillion in just 73 days. It took nine months for the debt to increase from $36 to $37 trillion.
