The recovery in Germany’s housing market has continued, albeit at a slower pace.

Based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI), price inflation is running at 2.9 percent, with core inflation a little hotter at 3.1 percent. Both numbers are far above the mythical 2 percent target, but the situation is even worse.
